Comprising of 4 progressive levels Paddlepower passport guides a new young paddler from the initial ‘start’ session through 24 competencies, skills and knowledge. These encourage each paddler to achieve a recognisable standard equivalent to the adults 1 Star.
A level 2 coach or above can assess this award.
