BCU Shop Returns Policy
At the BCU Shop, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free, convenient service. We sell the things you want to buy, the way you want to buy it; so we want you to be happy with your purchase from us.
However, if for any reason you would like to return a product, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item within 30 days of purchase, providing the goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
